Recovery is part of the programme.
Rest is not an empty space between sessions. It is where the body interprets training, restores attention and prepares for the next useful effort.

Three practical anchors
Regular timing
A consistent wake time can make sleep observations more meaningful than chasing a perfect bedtime.
Food rhythm
Balanced meals and adequate fluids support the ordinary work of training without turning nutrition into a moral test.
Load awareness
A lighter day can preserve momentum when accumulated fatigue is reducing quality.

Notice the quiet signals
Low mood, persistent soreness, disrupted sleep and a fading interest in familiar activities deserve attention. They are not character flaws. Discuss ongoing or severe concerns with a healthcare professional and treat rest as a valid training decision.
